The Senior Brand Manager reports to the Head of OldTown Greater China MSU. He/She shall define and implement the strategy of the relevant category and brand (OldTown) on a local level in China within the central category and brand guidelines (based on the local strategy developed by Head of OldTown Greater China MSU and APAC Marketing team).
The Senior Brand Manager develops and implements the vision and marketing plan (strategy) for a category and brand, this based on the overall strategy and in order to achieve short- and long-term sales, profit and market share targets.
The role manages a Brand Specialist and is responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, media planning, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, local brand management and compiling and sharing key market insights conform agreed brand meaning and visual identity.
