Regional Brand Manager (6 Months Contract)

Job Description

  • Support Regional Head of Marketing (HOM) to drive respective brand innovation pipeline with cross functional teams to develop and implement annual 12month and 36 months planning roadmap. This includes establishing the pipeline value and delivery of the plans to achieve targets.
  • Support HOM to execute brand strategies and execution plan with our local markets to drive recruitment and penetration of new users and user retention.
  • Execution plan may include development of marketing briefs and partnership with agencies to develop campaign etc.
  • Lead/ Support translating growth opportunities into a clear project brief and drive ownership of the project in the gates of (I4G/A4E).
  • Demonstrate Project leadership in seeing through concept (strategy) into action (on shelves) for multi-markets projects.
  • Project management includes steering of the discussion:
    • Support HOM to develop portfolio review and pricing.
    • Manage development of project and work with HOM and cross functional teams to set expected timeline and relentlessly steer towards delivery.
    • Work with local markets and align with execution requirement includes development of copy decks in packaging development to signing off to print
    • Ensures alignment of local teams with the category strategy by intensive monitoring of local portfolio, reviewing of local competitive environment
    • Contribute to a winning sales and marketing team culture with strong collaboration and growth mindset
  • Foster strong external/ internal relationship and trust through concise briefs and regular feedbacks (for regional projects and local campaigns as aligned in the CBM ways of working)
  • Proactive collaboration and joint KPIs with local and cross functional teams.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience
  • Preferably more than 2 years handling multi-markets portfolios.
  • Mandatory foundational NPD (New Product Development) project management experience of at least 1 year
  • Preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
  • Good marketing fundamentals and proven track record in driving marketing and digital performance.
  • Good analytical ability and exposure to consumer research.
  • Willingness to be hands on
  • Ability to navigate complexities and agility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven collaborative cross-functional relationship; strong communicator
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in brand marketing/ product marketing in SEA markets/ Greater China would be an added advantage
