Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to manage and process sales orders, with ad hoc tasks in supply chain support activities. You will manage risks and escalations with our transport network with the focus on delivering on time and in full to our customers. You will join a collective team in our Kingsgrove site, with WFH flexibility after successful completion of training.

In this role as Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Process and manage customer orders
  • Ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time
  • Maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and investigate disputes with customers, with a focus to build and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder management
  • Update and maintain customer information, reports, and documentation

For this role as a Customer Service Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You are a customer service champion with proven relationship management skills
  • Experience using an Order to Cash system, such as SAP or Oracle is essential
  • Experience working in a FMCG environment, or similar industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement activities
