The SC trainee forms a part of our Supply Chain team. He/she is contributing for managing of the co-packing process & projects coordination with all relevant stakeholders (shopper marketing & sales & customer service & logistics & demand planning) in order to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover.

At JDE Co-packing means the overall process of assembling child products and POS materials into its final finished packaging forms (in -store displays, self-ready packagings, samplings etc.) mainly for promotional purpose.

KEY TASKS:

  • Keeping contact with internal/ external stakeholders, other departments such as trade marketing or sales, participate and contribute to related meetings
  • Vendor-management: copacker, POS material producers, pallet suppliers
  • Coordination of financial administration of co-packing activities (PO creation, invoice tracking, goods-receive)
  • Monitoring and Purchasing of promo packaging materials
  • Planning and maintain the stock coverage for different projects, ensure stock control
  • Support the depletion of obsolete inventory, participate in Eslob and scrapping process
  • Material Master Data: Material Master in SAP APO and R/3
  • Collecting data and do the preparation for Demand Planning KPI reporting
  • Inbound check, Proof of delivery completion check

For this role as a Supply Chain trainee, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor or Master degree or ongoing studies in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other similar area.
  • Proactive thinker
  • An independent worker and self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance
  • Service & business improvement orientation
  • Preciseness to details
  • Good MS office package skills (especially MS Excel)
  • Ability to learn and adapt fast
  • Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
