Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Brand Manager plays an important role in reaching the marketing targets of the business segment of different segments such as Single Serve coffee segment, and the Tea segment and in managing new brand / product launches. The Junior Brand Manager is acting as an owner of various projects and supports the Brand Marketing Team with strategic planning. The job holder is responsible for administrative tasks, for analyzing market and customer data and preparing reports to the Business.

TASKS:

  • Reaching the annual marketing targets (Annual Operations Plan, AOP) of the given business segment by developing & executing the marketing programs in line with the company strategy
  • Management and smooth execution of approved projects and New Product Development (NPD)
  • Budget management and monitoring
  • Preparing detailed business analysis of the category, competition and brand performance on a monthly basis to monitor changes and propose action steps
  • Develop and manage execution of nationwide consumer programs and NPD introductions

For this role as a Junior Brand Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in FMCG (preferable Food and Beverage) multinational environment
  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Marketing)
  • Fluent English and Hungarian in written and verbal communication
  • Familiar with Excel, AC Nielsen, GfK and SAP tool
  • Analytical, logical, strategic thinking
  • Proven track of successful project and/or brand management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate, open minded and proactive personality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team as well
